Whole Milk
Our slow pasteurized whole milk is rich and creamy due to the higher butterfat content with a hint of sweetness from our slow heat, low-temp process.

Like our whole milk, our whole chocolate milk is creamy and smooth with just the right amount of cocoa and sugar. This liquid milkshake is an excellent refresher for a post-workout recovery drink, after-dinner treat, or fulfilling on-the-go breakfast.

Buttermilk
Originally made from the liquid left behind after churning butter out of cultured cream, we make our non-fat buttermilk in the same traditional sense. It is essential for southern favorites like buttermilk biscuits, buttermilk pie, cornbread, and marinating before breading and frying poultry. Because we do not add stabilizers, the buttermilk will separate, so shake before using.

Creme Fraîche
Our crème fraîche (pronounced krem fresh) is a thick, cultured cream with a slightly tart, nutty flavor and creamy texture. It is similar to sour cream but with a much higher fat content. Greek Yogurt
Our Greek yogurt has been strained to remove the liquid whey, resulting in a thicker, creamier consistency. The straining process concentrates the milk solids, resulting in over twice the protein content, and removes some of the lactose, which decreases the carbohydrate content. Other “Greek-style” yogurts have added stabilizers to replicate the thickness of Greek yogurt but do not provide the added nutritional benefits.
